ROCHESTER - AFTER SALES SERVICE

We bought a bed from Rochester in Cornubia and arranged for it to be delivered to our home in Joburg. We used the bed MAYBE 10 times and it collapsed. I called multiple times and was told that they would come and either fix it or replace it. Needless to say, they never came. Our sales person has since left and we still had a broken bed. We then had to get an independent contractor in to fix it. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS DISGUSTING - WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM ROCHESTER.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS EMBARRASSING, TO SAY THE LEAST……..
