Rochester adding "ADMIN" fees onto accounts when accounts ends and not display on statements

So my account is basically paid up. Debit order is for R1205.65 and the outstanding amounts for R607.48 as per my statement. So I contacted Rochester on 15/09 to enquire what now happens when the debit order is more than the outstanding amount got the response that they got my query. Up until today no response on what will happen. I called them now and only to be transferred from the one to the next until I put my foot down to speak to a manager to be told an additional R200 + needs to be added as the normal admin fee is not added to the accounts yet. Excuse me. You just mailed me the account. How do you add more fees for the past month
