So on black Friday 29 November 2024 I went to Kolonnade mall and bought an 8 seater dining suite. The service at the store was great. I received an sms stating that my order will be delivered on the 3rd of December 2024. To my surprise, today the 3rd of December 2024 I receive no communication about delivery and I decide to call and find out why. I am told that my delivery was canceled and I'm not told why. Had I not called, I was never gonna find out because nobody cared to notify me.

You let people sit at home waiting for delivery that's not coming and you don't have the curtesy to inform them. You do not respect people's time. Once you get the money, you don't care anymore. I am very disappointed.
