Rochester

Have purchased chairs from Mall of Africa, 6 chairs and 1 of the chairs had glue on it and a person's name written on the bottom of the chair and to me seem like a returned chair.

This was 3 months ago

I have called Rochester to come swap the chair until today they have not seeing the need to attend to me.

I have also decided to return the chair back to Mall of Africa almost 2 weeks ago, the chair is in the store and since have not heard anything from them

I need my chair or refund.
