Rochesgter Home Decor Disgusting

Disgusting service!!! They agreed to deliver our new lounge suite today but I received a call on Saturday to say they were on the way to deliver. I told them we had arranged for delivery on Monday (today) as our old lounge suite was only being taken away on the weekend. Well, today no one can tell me why but it hasn't been delivered and they don't know if it will be. We now have to sit on the floor as we don't have any furniture!!! Very quick to take our cash but very difficult to get any delivery service or answers to our questions!!!! Stay away from them.
