ROCHERSTER IS A ****

Purchased a bedroom suite on credit at Rochester Cornubia , on the day of delivery we discovered that the dresser was damaged, we asked the salesman Sihle to return and give us a new one, he said the driver supposed to take everything back to the warehouse and we will need to do a new application as this was their procedure. To get the driver to take this stock back was another hassle where we felt like we were being harassed, we decided we wanted to cancel the deal all together. to our surprise Rochester deducted money from our account for the stock that was sent back to them. we've been waiting for almost a month now to get this resolved almost everyday we calling Lisa the branch Manager and it is one excuse after another. Everyday all I get is that my complaint is escalated. I just need my money back and no one wants to take responsibility. I cannot be ****** R2100 by Rochester. Please someone help me get my money back.
