Bought a bellwood lounge suit @ Rochester in December 2016 which then later in December 2017 i released that 1 of the lounge suite where at fault 3 seater the middle sitter was not in the same level with the other then 2 seater leg was out i fill up the service request form on the 11 jan where the came and fix those when they got to my house the took the 2 and 3 seater lounge suit its being till today i haven't receive my lounge suit which its frustrating it nearly 2 months now last week i was @ Rochester the Manager Charles Herbst said the will deliver soon Sat 3 March 2018 i went back to Rochester where the manager said all has being sorted the just waiting for delivery date then there where suppose to deliver between Thursday or Friday but they didn't i went back again on sat 9 March 2018 and Charlies and he said he thought they already delivered he will call me them on monday to find out whats going on but he did not call me back its frustrating to sit in a empty house knowing i do not miss any monthly payment on that lounger suite why should i keep on paying and treated like this please assist
