DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCHESTER!!!

I bought a lounge suite from Rochester. Sales person was friendly. He sold me a scotch-guard / master-gard as well. So I gave them the address in which it will be DELIVERED and STORED until i shift into my new residence in December 2019. Finally I move into my new place and contact them to do the scotch guarding, they gave me a run around for month. Come January I became ****ed off. I demanded an answer, so I contacted the salesman Andile, He then tells me that they unable to do the scotch guarding because the address the lounge suite is at is different to the address the lounge suite was delivered to, I thought that that excuse was ridiculous but he assured me that he will personally apply the master guard on my lounge suite himself. This was in January. Every weekend he tells me he is coming to do it, I wait at home and still no one even contacts me, Right now all I want is my money back. This has been so stressful and my kids are damaging my brand new lounge suite. I have been very patient as it is March now. I just want my money back or else I am going into the store to cause a scene because this is not how you treat a customer
