Richester and JDG group poor servece: RO-Z-***

1. My Manhattan coffee table that was a factory fault.

2. The table was collected for repairs and then brought back to me more than a month later in the same floppy condition without anything being done to it.

3. I then sent it back and requested an exchange.

4. The response came back stating that an exchange was no longer possible since the table had been discontinued. I was then offered a R 2000 voucher. I could not accept the voucher because I would now be forced to choose from the same sub standard coffee table range.

5. I sent a request to have my statement readjusted to exclude the coffee table.

6. I then sent an email to make a follow up and am yet to get a response. I have been calling (+11 ********** ) and (+11 ********** Ext 82429) and no body answers.

I also called ‭+27 (11) ********** ‬ being transferred multiple times and then leaving a message and no body would call me back.

7. I took basic goods insurance when I app**** for financing and now his was said to be mandatory. No body has ever told me why my insurance cannot then kick-in in such a case.

8. The Jdg Group goods insurance is just an extra path to making money because they do not honor the most basic of claims.

9. I have never missed a single payment and yet I am subjected to the most deplorable service ever.

10. I call in and leave a message without anybody ever getting back to me and yet their debit order goes off from my back account every month.

11. My issue was first reported on 14 August 2018.

It is now 21 November 2018 and my issue still has not yet been resolved.

I have been very patient through out this entire time and willing to cooperate.

I feel deep violated and am crying faul.

13. Vistited the Rochester store in centurion yesterday and the store assist struggled to get hold of both Derick and Zeei.

I findly was able to get through to Zeei and he told me that his mangager would contact me at 2pm yesterday.

I still have not hear a word from either one of them. I wouldn’t be surprised it they have put my email in their spam at this point.
