Return of goods is a painful process

I really hope you never have to go through the hassle of returning anything you purchase at Rochester. They have a lengthy process and will not even keep you updated as to how far they are with resolving the issue. We had to return our couch, which by the way is still under warranty it and they’re basically giving us the finger - rejected a claim without any valid reason. Been without a couch for almost a month now. So frustrating.
