request for a refund

I ordered couches on the 18th September 2020 from Rochester till today i have not received them. I have been trying to call, email and i even went to a branch in Kempton park but with no luck. They have been sending me smses with different references also promising to deliver, first sms said they will deliver on the 9th Oct send one said they will deliver on the 11th Nov but I have not received anything. when i called them they say they will forward to the manager and he will call me but he never did, when i called again they said there was a system problem at the warehouse.. when i called again they said those couches are out of stock... everytime i call there's a different story. i have run out of patience, all i need now is my refund as they failed to deliver. they never communicate , i am the one who has to call them and email without response. This is my last resort i hope you help me... thank you
