REGRET DEALING WITH ROCHESTER

We bought a product from your store at Park Meadows. The quality was shocking - now the client service is even worse. After months of complaining it was collected - now it has been 2 weeks and in every phone call we are promised that the refund has been processed and will take 48 hours - but nothing!! Various people over the last two weeks has promised to resolve this issue - nothing has been done since. They have been lying and stalling for the last 2 weeks. We have spoken to the Manager at Park Meadows - Keith. People at the customer services and a regional manager. At this stage we don't have a couch or our money - i do think the way they are treating their customers are disgusting - i do regret ever dealing with Rochester.
