Refusing to remove insurance

<p>Hi, I have asked you 4 times now to remove my insurance and everytime you said you did, you actually didn't and keep detucting from my account. I have goods insurance with OUTSurance and was told that you will remove my insurance since my goods are now insured else where. Last time you "removed" my insurance your agent just reduced my installment which labeled me as a bad payer on your system. If you keep refusing to remove my insurance I will take the conversations you had with me confirming you removed it to a laywer. I have cancelled my debit order and will manually pay you what I'm suppose to pay. </p>
