Refused refund/repair of damaged, reject couches

<p>In 2014 my sister bought couches from Rochester and through the span of a few months the couches started to decolour, it turns out that Rochester did not use genuine leather as advertised and claimed that they did not have it for this particular brand of colour so they decided to go for the "**** stuff", we have since returned the couches in hopes of a refund or them fixing their mistake, the couches have been with Rochester since last year April and have not been returned. Attorneys Clientele have been contacted but seem to be utterly *********** and useless in handling this matter. </p>
