Refund Rochester Woodmead

Dear Sir/ Madam My Name is Nontokozo Nkabide,,, I bought a bed at Rochester Woodmead in December, Base and Mattress only to realize the mattress was smaller they made an arrangement to get another one... Fast forward. The Base got broken in June, I told them and shared the pictures , because it still had a warranty... instead of getting the same base, I requested the refund... They been sending from pillar to Post since July and I am so tired of making follow ups. The sales person by the name Thabang has been helpful,,, He's trying to assist but he told that it the manger who is suppose to approve that. Im stuck and sleep on the floor because of this,

Please assist in fast tracking,,, Its been two months already and its starting to give me depression. Thank you
