Refund on cancelled sale still outstanding

I bought a dinning suite online on a Sunday afternoon ,I then went to the store to view the dinning suite ,I cancelled the purchase on Monday after viewing the dinning suite and finding that it is a miniature dinning suite. I requested a refund and send numerous emails and called with no response ,last email requested that I send banking details ,however no feedback regardless of the number of calls and messages left for someone to contact me .

This is highly frustrating and feels like a **** ,this brand does not care about its customers and is highly irresponsible. Dereck from finance does not take calls.
