refund not paid

this is the worst shop i have ever come across. The service is disgutingly disappointing- we bought a couch about 3 months ago and within 5 days it had so many faults- after fighting for 2 months for an exchange they tell us the couch has been discontinued and that we should choose something else- we refused the exchange as they have given us a ****py product and gave us an even worse service- we requested a refund- and have been told that it takes 7-10 working days- today on the 9th day, the store calls us to tell us that we would HOPEFULLY get the refund by this weekend as they made an error when they loaded the refund - 1. this is unacceptable 2. ive followed all procedure on my side to make this a smooth sailing transaction 3. how is it my fault that the shop made a mistake-

i want my money- im tired of trying to be nice- I WANT MY MONEY

they actually deserve a zero rating coz 1 star would be a compliment, really
