Refund not made on time

I had problems with the store when I had to receive my goods,I was tired of waiting I ended up opting for something which I do not want and I was eligible for a refund. I was told that it is going to take 7 to 14 days for me to get my refund, 7 days has passed and I called the store to find out what was happening and I was told that my 14 days lapses on the 09/02/2016 and Head office is busy with it and today its the 10/02/2016 and I have not received anything and when I call them I am told that they are going to find out. Rochester if there is something that they do not know, it is honesty and integrity, they just tell you something just for them to get you off their back.I am tired of being told lies and given the runaround with my money by the store. All I want from them is just my refund and I will be off their case for good.Rochester management I hope you will see this complaint of mine, they way some of your staff operates you are going to loose more customers and mark my words I will never ever in my living years buy anything from you.Some of your staff behave unprofessional and it is so disgusting when someone does not want to work for their salary and expect to earn salary
