Refund not Done

Please note I did a lay-bye on 6 February 2025. The order number is: ***7. I cancelled my lay-bye on the 29 March 2025, to this day I haven't received my Rochester Clearwater Mall can't help. I'm always told Its approved, what frustrate the most is that when you call the store you will be told the manager is not around. My Question is when clients come to the store and the manager is needed what will they do . Head office call centre Agent are so unprofessional, they even drop calls when you speak to them. After Speaking to Gugulethu Shabalala, she said it doesn't show that I paid for the lay-bye on the system yet I have a slip. Rochester is so unprofessional. I don't see myself coming to buy in this store ever against. The lady who did the lay-bye at Rochester Clearwater mall is Mavis Shingange, she always say she can't follow up with head office yet her manager is always not at the store.
