Refund for Poor Goods withheld from Rochester Cornubia Mall.

We bought a lounge suite from Rocherster in Cornubia Mall in KZN. We logged a complaint of malfunction within a few days. They sent a sales person to repair the malfunction, unfortunately, he could not do so. The matter was escalated on the 4th January 2022. In the middle of February, we has asked for them to collected their furniture and provide us with a refund because did not have any communication with them on how to rectify the problem.

Today, 7th March 2022, I am still awaiting for them to collect their lounge suite or provide feedback. I have been calling the Bradlows Head Office for assistance, but with no luck.

I have a trailing refernce number and emails of my contact requests made to them, to no avail.

Their service of terrible and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
