Refund

I bought a sofa from Rochester Centurion Lifestyle center. The sofa was delivered the same day at 7:00pm. The next morning I noticed that the sofa looked used and was damaged. I called the store and asked for them to please come and collect and process a refund. They kept giving me the run around to collect and had different stories. It took them an entire week to eventually collect. Now I am struggling with my refund. It has been 3 weeks and no one can give me any information. Whenever I call and ask to speak to the manager Marie Hugo she is always out. The don't pick up the phone in the store. Never return calls. Never provide information. I have even laid a complaint on the Rochester complaint line and was told that the area manager will call me back. I am still waiting. I am beyond frustrated, It is like they are trying to ***** people's hard earned money. I have never in my life seen such disgusting customer service from a business. I will never buy from Rochester ever again.
