Refund

The Pellisima lounge suit (S.O 329573) was bought and returned because is was big for the lounge room. The Pellisima day bed (S.O 355955) was bought in exchange on the 30th January 2015 and delivered . There was a price difference when exchanging and was supposed to be refunded into my bank account until now I am still waiting. I was told that I will take up to 7days to be refunded not more than a month. To date(10/03/2015) I did not receive my refund even after some follow-ups.
