Refund

I have used the Rochester web shop to order a headboard and pedestals and accidently ordered 2 headboards and paid for it. I contacted them to request a refund, had to complete forms for refund, was submitted on 2/1/2020, still have not received refund. (Rochester Web Shop // ***). Unable to get hold of them telephonically and they also do not reply on mails.
