REFUND

I had a problem with Rochester, I also wrote my bad experience review here on Hellopeter, which lead me to cancelling a lay-bye I had with them. I had anticipated also having problems with getting my refund, I was told the refund is received within 10 working days and I read bad reviews indicating that refunds aren't received within 10 workings days. To my surprise my refund was paid in full in three days, so I was very happy.
