Reap off, incompetency and stupidity it's Steinhoff

I bought furniture from Rochester last November the couch came incomplete I immediately call and notify both the warehouse and they promise to bring the pillow up to now there is no pillow. The worst thing I even went to their branch in Mall at Reds where Marvin Hlagala ( who is my sales consultant was contacted by the branch and e-mail sent to him with regards to my complaint to up to now no communication nothing ) This week I have received an sms notifying me that there will be a double deduction for my account but I have paid for January this company is so *********** when dealing with clients especially the online people I wouldn't advise anyone to bu at Rochester from online just go to the branch.
