Purchased my first couch from ROCHESTER. I regret it.

I had purchased a two piece L - shaped couch on the 24th January 2017, which was delivered on the 26th January.
There were damages to the furniture in that there were areas of frayed material.
So I had submitted my complaint on the 2nd of February. I was required to send pictures of which I had done.
The furniture was collected on the 23rd March and I had clearly made indications of the problem areas on the line drawings which you had supp****.
The furniture was finally delivered (6th June) after TEN weeks! But this isn't the most worrying issue. None of the areas were corrected.
It is as if, it has been sitting at the workshop and all that was done was re-wrapping the furniture.

I'v been seriously patient but this is honestly pathetic and I'm beginning to regret to have had purchased from Rochester!

WENDY HLATSHWAYO (a sales employee) at the Stoneridge branch has been extremely helpful, but she is limited, if the workshop is doing their work.

I had attached the purchasing receipt plus 6 photos.

In response 8th June, the Supplier Service Manager, Uganderan Nair, has responded by saying that the damages are not covered under the supplier warranty , damages caused by 'pets'.
Firstly, how can this person make this assumption, secondly I do not own pets where I am living, thirdly this was never recorded and is a pathetic excuse! Its been almost 5 months now!
