punishment in buying from rochester

I have been trying to purchase a lounge suite from Rochester, nothing special; under R20 000. I asked what is required to have an account setup for payment option, as I have done this before with them and just recently paid this up in full, so imp are turning customer with an account. I was requested to send ID, payslip, 3 months bank statements, proof of contents insurance and life insurance. I do all this and then get told no the statements aren’t good enough as my salary for November is not on the November statement. So I pull an interim statement for them. Never =mind the fact that October hasn’t got my October statement either, reason for that is the statements run from 23rd to 22nd of every month and I get paid 25th. Needless to say that is resolved. As for my life insurance they want to see the premiums going of my account, after I tell them that it’s through the work and is on my payslip. It is deducted before I get payed. ‘ Please may I understand how you can put people in this line of work that cannot see the proof on a payslip and that the salary is one month in arrears due to bank statement dates. I am on the verge of cancelling the whole deal as the experience is not worth the headaches. Just had the head office call me and they still don’t get it.
