process the compain

hi I am wring here as unhappy customer for Rochester Brooklyn. On the 27 November I have purchased a bedroom suite (cash) that was supposed to be delivered on the 09-12-2019 as per agreement & as promised & to my surprise it was never delivered. I haven't go there for a week thinking that everything is well as promised. To my surprise it took 2 weeks for them to deliver the furniture. I have previously bought furniture without complains so now I don't understand why is it taking 2 weeks to deliver a furniture that I bought for cash. I paid transport money & I don't owe them a cent. Boitumelo @ Brooklyn
