I was approached telephonically by sales lady Emelda after a Salesman who left the store left apparently left them lying around,I appreciated.She requested to continue with sales I agreed,she then requested new documents WE sent after being told we were approved. In 12/08/17 we went to finalise and sign documents only to be told Price was R51 999; we agreed when waiting to sign we were told system dnt allow order Emelda will liase with head office ; on 15/08 I got a call new price is R57 495; I then requested ladybtobask for discount she refused I explained that guy who helped us in July said since we bought for above 50 000 he negotiated 2000 discount at another shop we were offered 1000 discount then Emelda became rude and said rather she transfer sale to that shop coz I dnt qualify for discount when not buying cash; I requested that rather she make me speak to her manager which she was quick to say he is right next to me and she quickly explained to manager and have him phone. I spoke to store manager who have me 1495 discount telephonically and said to take goods at R56000.Later I get call from lady saying she forgot to subtract R1495 discount and she went further without our concern and app**** for finance again as new sale she now has R22 000 approved asking of I dnt want to take this on extended term. I asked Emelda to speak to my husband who will decide what will happen ashe was coming to the shop to sign and get documents for me to sign so that we fast track this.

She decide not to explain this to my husband but give him the very same document without an indication of discount granted.

I would like to get thebdiscount promised and newbdocumwntsbto sign as she keep telling me of their new system with JD she and her manager to fix this with head office just like she managed to get new code to continue with the sale.
