Poor, unacceptable service Rochester Woodmead

I have received poor, unacceptable service and Rochester woodmead one minute we are told they have stock on hand, the next they do not have the stock. Once we have found stock that they say they actually have and sign for the purchase, 2 days later we are told sorry we don't have the stock you have purchased. I am greatly frustrated as I spent 2 days going to the store for the lengthy application process which the sales lady made an error on, once it was corrected then this was our next hurdle. I need help! Sales lady's name is Emelda she seems like she does not know what she's doing.
