POOR SERVICES - ROCHESTER

Headboard was purchased 2019/08/11 at Rochester Brooklyn Mall Pretoria. The Cordoba headboard pulled loose and it took Rochester 3 months to come and pick up the headboard to replace it. After numerous calls they came to pick up the headboard, still waiting for them for feedback and to replace my new headboard. After numerous daily calls to the shop and warehouse that do not even answer their phones, still no feedback and no headboard. Very poor service!
