Poor services

I bought a bed online at Rocher they said 5-15 day and I bought it on the 29 August. When I call their call center the agents are just rude and hang up. No apologies sent through for the delay. May I please have my refund and I will buy elsewhere. Your services suck,both call center agents and management.
