POOR SERVICE ROCHESTER FURNITURES

Bought a couch from their store at the Mall of the South in February. Within a few days the couch had defects and the sales person was contact. She said they will have them come and acess and fix. 2 months later no feedback. The store manager then called. Then nothing for a few weeks. Then a call that they want to come a collect the couch. No replacement even though it had defects reported within days of delivery. When I asked for the Regional Managers contact details so I can discuss a replacement or a loan couch while the repair, the manager refused. Poor service. Seems like it is cheap furniture parading as expensive furniture. Customer service is non existent.
