Poor service- Rochester Fourways crossing branch

Very disappointed with the Fourways Crossing branch. I specifically asked if the couch would come with the cushions as displayed to which they confirmed. However upon delivery, the cushions were missing and I notified them and 3 months nothing has been done to rectify the issue.
