Poor Service, No Feedback and Empty Promises

Waiting for delivery. Received 3 confirmation SMS's for delivery, but no deliveries. Contact Centre, Chat and Online Call Centre, not much of assistance and they say that they cannot see warehouse status. two weeks of promises of call-backs and follow up, but they fail to follow up and call back. The website says Gauteng Deliveries 3-7 working days. Please don't bank on it. Also a lot of blaming of departments and shifting responsibilities. Some representatives really try to assist, but processes disjointed and not streamlined and all. This came out on escalations, singing from different hymn sheets.

Paid and Still waiting ... maybe I'll get my good before the Covid Third Wave ...
