Poor Service / Inferior Product

Poor service - we are having endless problems from the time of purchase. Agents promise to call us but nothing happens. The entire set was replaced as the repair was not done correctly, however it seems a reject set was given as the stiches are giving up on the set given the recliner is not comfortable .
