Poor service from Rochester Company

It has been absolutely a nightmare experience buying from Rochester. We made a purchase furniture on the 17th December, today is the 28th December and we are still waiting for a delivery.

We called the head office, Rochester branch where we bought furniture as well as the warehouse which is responsible for deliveries and no one was willing to take responsibility for the delay.

We are really disappointed with the poor service from such a reputable brand, we hope that from now going forward the Top management of the entity will take our complaints in to consideration and ensure no client has to go through this traumatic experience.
