Poor service from Rochester Clearwater mall

We bought a couch on the 29th September 2023 and it was delivered on the 30th September 2023. Upon delivery the couch was damaged, the dilivery men were all of a sudden in a hurry and only opened the couch undamaged side for my husband to see if the colour was the one he ordered. After they left my husband unwrapped the couch only to find that the couch is damaged, this was reported the same day and we waited a week for them to exchange. They said they are waiting for the driver to send a picture of the couch before and after, it took them a week. Today the 9th of October 2023 they were supposed to come but didn't come and now they are taking us from piller to post, the couch is still covered in plastic still not used. Will be taking it back as they didn't stick to their part of the deal.
