Poor service from Rochester

I purchased a bedroom suite from Rochester in carnival mall on 08/08/2018 for an amount of 23 985 I placed a special order for a king size upon delivery they delivered the incorrect fabric for the head board. Then they took a month to change it, when they delivered the second one it was damaged but with the correct fabric they told they will send the supplier to come and fix it in my house which to me makes this a second hand goods. They took another month to come and take this incorrect one, today they brought the correct headboard with the correct fabric but the incorrect size as I bought the king size. When I call them they putting my call from one person to another. I feel like am not being taken serious by this company and they don't care about customer satisfaction and do not live by their company values and morals.
