Poor service from rochester

I bought a set of sofas from rochester in 2015 and have been experiencing challenges with them ever since I bought them. Firstly, in 2016, they were frayed and then after a delay of about 3 months they were replaced. But now in 2017 February, one piece has broken springs and they duly took them for repairs. 3 weeks later the sofas were returned but the problem was not fixed at all. I then contacted rochester and they took them away for "assessment" again. I am still waiting and there is no word from rochester as to when I will get my sofas back.
