Poor service for repairing of couches

I bought couches at Rochester Menlyn Atterbury value mart in 2014 but am not quiet sure with the date. The guarantee was for 2 years and towards the end of the second year it start to rip on the seam. I lodged a complain with Rochester polokwane and they escalate the mater to Pretoria and i have did some follow up with them again Feb 2017 and nothing was done. Am not impressed with the service I got from Rochester and I don't understand why they give 2 years guarantee while they cant fulfill the promise.
