Poor service experience

I made an online purchase on the 2nd of June 2020, ever since purchase the only communication I received was when they confirmed the order was received and ever since there has been no response to my queries and no update from them on the order. I am not sure if they are legit or scsmmers and no I don't want to be refunded as I have missed out on opportunities of getting similar items from other stores so I demand my items be delivered please.
