Poor service

Worst service ever their Manager pathetic, Rochester Springs Mall she doesn't have respect for black people, we bought two bedroom suite a Layla and knight spend R48000 cash on the 24 November 2020,they delivered on Friday during the moving of the Layla bedroom suite dressing table was bumped and it had a stretch, then the one pedastal was not closing, out of sympathy i decided that because that bedroom suite was to have,they should just take the staff which i was not happy with and they promise me that they will cameback the following day with the right staff, on the same day i went to the store where i purchased the goods, the manager (Marena) told me the way she explained to my wife to not except the goods if she was unhappy about something, she cannot help us it is a warehouse problem, the drivers always lie,about returning the following day.we were promised that the correct goods were going to be delivered on Monday, on Monday were told that the warehouse had not received the delivering company,on Tuesday thier said the truck is coming to make a delivery but they will return the very same goods with an exception of pedastal and the dressing table, I told them that i don't want it,I want new goods as those which they took from the house have been moved all over the place without being properly packaged. On Friday they came deliver to my surprise when i tested the very same pedastal i returned it not closing again. ROCHESTER STAFF AT SPRINGS MALL AND THE WAREHOUSES AT JET PARK THEY ARE VERY ***********. ON SATURDAY 5 OF DECEMBER 2020 I'M GOING THERE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE SUCH A BIG COMPANY.
