Poor Service Delivery

I bought a chair on the 8th of November 2024

They committed delivery on the 11th of Novenber 2024, which never happened, I called, and they said they captured the wrong address. They moved the date to the 16th of November 2024. However, today, I get a call that the chair is damaged they will source another one in Pretoria, and I must expect delivery on the 18th of November 2024. This is the shop in Krammerville, I find their service unsatisfactory. If you intend to but here think twice
