Poor service

Very bad customer service. I purchased a lounge set within 7 days of purchasing it the set needed to go for repairs due to factory failure. Company is refusing to give back my money or a credit note. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE anything from this company All Rochester stores should be closed down!!!! Once they do a deal and you have an issue you will be given the run around. Please don't support this STORE
