Poor service at Rochester, mall at carnival

I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life like Rochester in mall at carnival, on the 14th Dec 2019 me and my husband bought a sideboard and a corner couch both worth of R22 000 around that and didn't even buy it on credit and both ladies were very helpful and friendly and I actually went back to the shop probably more than 3 times to convince my husband about the side board, and I have seen a nice one also at coricraft but decided that I want the one at Rochester and finally bought it, it both goods that we bought were delivered on Wednesday 18th and when we bought everything the sales lady I kept on referring to her as Tumi only to find out her name is Mokete, told us that when our goods arrived there people who are going to deliver will put everything together for us hence we took everything especially the sideboard she assured us that we would have to put anything together ourselves, then two guys came and delivered everything, when they were about to leave I told them that they were supposed to put the sideboard together for us, and they told that it's their 1st time delivering that kind of a sideboard, so they not going to touch it, I then called Rochester and I was told by Mokete that those guys should not leave 1sf as she needs to confirm with someone from deliveries to cut long story short, we are not happy with the service we are getting from Rochester, still today sideboard it's still in the box, something that was bought on the 14th delivered on the 18th today it's the 28th still waiting for this to be fetched or handyman to come put it together, this is poor service ever.
