POOR SERVICE AND TURNAROUND TIME

<p>We app**** for finance at Rochester Parkview at the end of June 2016. After numerous attempts to get an offer we note that my husband's income was not added. That being added we only received feedback on Tuesday 26 July 2016. Al the while Parkview is blaming head office and we have to wait. Got approval and got told everything is now settled, and the will deliver soon. Now all of a sudden they need to first confirm if my next of kin are who they say they are and then there is a problem with the capturing of the deal!! All the while we are now waiting more than a month for our furniture. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. </p>
