Poor service and poor quality polisima daybed

I bought a polisima day bed and it became saggy in less than 6 months. They came to collect for repairs, they told be me the couch will be ready within 21 day but that was never the case. It took them more than that. The last day I heard from them was the day told me they will collect the couch. 21 days went by no call no feedback. I called only to be told that it was international brand so it would take more than 21 days. Why was I not informed of this in the first place???? I had to make continues efforts to get the couch back and guess what ? The couch came back looking couches from the street. It looked swollen. They added more material I guess to make up for the sagginess. Still waiting to hear from then what the next step will. To add on that they have the worst delivery guys. They are very rude. This was my first and I guess it will be my last purchase from Rochester. I expected better quality from them. I'd their international suppliers are providing such poor quality products I advise them to maybe try local suppliers. Polisima day bed is a very poor quality product
