poor service and poor quality furniture

Rochester Midlands mall sold a poor quality couch and they are refusing to credit me to buy a new couch. how can you fix a couch that is lee than a year old, they are telling me they have fixed it. I'm so disappointed at their staff competency and the how disrespectful the manager is. 3 months since they took back the couch to fix it and i refuse to take it back, I'm without a couch now.
