Poor service and lack of customer care

I lay bayed a couch at Rochester Baywest on port Elizabeth, and few months after I was told that , they longer manufacturing it, I must come to the store to select another one...but I didn't liked anything they have ,so I decided to get money back, it been two weeks in waiting, I went to the shop to follow up, I was told the head office is still busy, this is the 3 week am still waiting , I have not ever received any communication from them
